Sonia Lyons, FMCHC, ACN

Sonia Lyons FMCHC, ACN earned her Applied Clinical Nutrition (ACN) certification through an industry leader in whole-food nutrition and supplementation. She completed and has been certified by the Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach Academy (FMCHC) through the Institute for Functional Medicine.  There, she learned the skills needed to be expertly equipped to work with people of all ages and help them maximize their health. Her main goal is to guide our clients through the confusion of making healthy food choices and conscious lifestyle changes. Becoming a certified health coach has given her the knowledge and the tools to educate and assist those who desire to make healthy choices.
