A Sexuality Coach is a qualified and skilled professional who assists individuals (and couples) with their sexual, intimacy, and relationship issues. Coaches do not deal with past issues but help clients set goals to transform their present sex life. Unlike sexual therapists they don’t diagnose or treat a client’s dysfunction. We address problems such as lack of communication, sexless marriage, low libido, sexual dysfunction, and so much more. Sex coaching is not about fixing you. It explores the entire realm of sexuality.

Sex health coaching is about supporting you to love and appreciate your body, regardless of age, weight, or size; helping you open up to what sexually works for you, regardless of what you think works for others. Coaches empower and guide clients to fully grasp their sexual potential through education, training, and communication and develop skills to overcome whatever inhibitions have been causing disruption in their sex life.
